The Nelas Academy of Arts, Media and Television, a leading institution in African film media and content creation is proud to announce a major EPISODE of the “Queen of Nollywood” Series. This ambitious project aims to showcase the richness of African storytelling and provide a platform for exceptional talent. We are officially opening registration for dedicated actors, actresses, and skilled crew members to join the production of our ground-breaking new EPISODE under the “Queen of Nollywood Series”.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile production directed by Frank Ikegwuonu, President of the Nelas Academy who are searching for fresh and established talent ready to bring powerful and authentic stories to life.

Casting Call: Actors & Actresses:
The Nelas Academy are looking for diverse talent above 18 years of age ranges and experience levels for principal and supporting roles. We encourage actors with strong command of various Nigerian indigenous languages and contemporary English to apply.

Available Roles (Ages 18+):

• Lead Roles: Intense, emotionally driven characters with significant screen time and complex story arcs.
• Supporting Roles: Dynamic individuals who drive key subplots and interact heavily with the main cast.
• Day Players & Extras: Energetic individuals needed for various scene backdrops and minor roles.

Requirements:

• A professional headshot and full-body shot.
• An up-to-date acting CV/Resume detailing experience, special skills, and training.
• A maximum 2-minute video monologue (can be contemporary or dramatic).
• Must be eligible to work in the production’s filming locations.

Crew Call: Behind the Scenes Talent

• A professional CV/Resume detailing relevant experience and references.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating past work.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to the production schedule.
